Palletized: 50 Strips - 10 square feet each, 500 square feet

Big Rolls: 250 Square feet each, available at 1/2¢ above price list. Unrolling service is 4¢ per square foot. 2.5 hours service is allowed per 10,000 square feet, after which $80.00 per hour is charged. Track Machine installation available at 6¢ per square foot.

Terms: 30 days net, for approved credit customers. Finance charge at the rate of 1 1/2% (18% per year) on all past due accounts.

Deposites Required: Pallets, $10.00 each Tubes, $5.00 each

Drop Charge: An additonal charge of $55.00 for each time it is necessary to remount unloading unit to complete delivery.

Unloading: 1 hour per 10,000 square feet (pallets or rolls) is allowed for unloading, after which time is charged at $80.00 per hour.

Washed Sod: Washed Sod is available. Call office for pricing.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of scheduled delivery.

SUGGESTIONS:

All sod should be installed the same day it is delivered.
Orders for shipments should be placed at least two days prior to requested delivery date.
Orders to be picked up at the farm should be recieved before arrival of customer
If delivery is to be made to a different destination than the buyers address, be sure to supply name and address where delivery is to be made.

Claims: To be considered must be made within 24 hours of delivery

Limited Warranty: Our liability shall be limited to the replacement of any sod recieved in a defective condition and reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We hereby disclaim all other warranties or liability.

GUIDLINES FOR "BIG ROLLS"
1.	SODCO provides a sodhandler and driver to roll out sod. SODCO`s drivers are to use their best judgement, based on experience, to decide where they will unroll. Rolls are not appropriate for steep slopes or small areas. Pallets should be ordered for these areas. If you are not sure of what would be suitable for big rolls, ask for a free site review by one of SODCO`s salesmen.
2.	The LANDSCAPER provides four people per machine to pull, fit, and trim sod, Trimming should be done after all the sod is unrolled, unless there are additional crew people.
	You will need to have or do the following:
	a.	Watch the weather. If rain is predicted, it is best to postpone. Sod cannot be unrolled at wet sites. To cancel, Sodco requires a minimum of 24 hours notice.
	b.	Area to be sodded should be prepared and ready prior to delivery of sod
	c.	4 people will be needed to make the installation go effeciently and quickly, Additonal crew will be needed if landscaper is planning to do multiple trailer loads in a day.
	d.	Make sure your irrigaton system or sprinklers/hoses are on site and working
	e.	Steel rakes to pull seams together, wheelbarrow for scrap and utility knives or sharp edging tools for trimming and cutting
3.	SODCO allows 1-hour unloading time for 10,000-sq. ft., 21/2 hrs are allowed for unrolling 10,000 sq. ft. After this time allowance an overtime charge of $80.00 per hour is prorated and charged.
4.	The carrying distance of the big rolls should be kept to a minimum. If the unloading site is a considerable distance from the installation site, the landscaper should have appropriate equipment to get the rolls to the installation site (i.e. dump truck, or tip cart.) The big rolls weight about 1000 lbs. each
5.	Dimensions of rolls are 4` wide by 621/2` long, totalling 250 sq. ft. The sod handler is 8`6" wide and 11`6 high.
6.	The minimum amout to unroll is 5000 sq. ft.
IRRIGATION SHOULD BEGIN WITHIN 20 MINUTES OF INSTALLATION.
